We are delighted to be partnering with Jarrolds of Norwich to produce their blue branded sparkling wine. This elegant wine is a cuvée rose which is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown and hand picked at Chet Valley Vineyard. The grapes are then pressed, fermented, bottled and undergo secondary fermentation all at our purpose built winery before being disgorged and labelled before the journey of 9 miles to the Jarrolds store in the heart of Norwich.
The wine is a light rose gold in colour and has notes of cranberry and blackberry fruits, it pairs well at the deli bar in Jarrolds with charcuterie and cheese, or in the Bay restaurant on the second floor with fish and shellfish.
