In celebration of St Martin’s Day, we will be holding a walk through the village of Bergh Apton starting at the site of St Martin’s Church at Kevin Parfitt’s Farm on Dodgers Lane, and finishing at the vineyard. Please Meet at Dodger’s Lane in Bergh Apton at 4pm to receive directions.
It is not necessary to book the walk but we would be delighted if you could register your interest with us on info@chetvineyard.co.uk and we will be able to answer any questions about where to meet and the details of the procession etc. The is no ticket price for the walk but the procession will end at the vineyard at 6pm. If you have not booked tickets for the bonfire and fizz event you can leave at 6pm. However, the procession will be followed by the bonfire and sparkling wine event at the vineyard from 6-9pm for those with tickets. Tickets for the following bonfire event can be booked through the website at £15 each which will include watching the fireworks with a glass of sparkling wine in hand. There will be a pizza van visiting the vineyard and you will be able to buy a pizza – the cost of the pizza is not included in the entry ticket to the bonfire and fizz evening.
The event will run 4-6pm.
